Plans and billing
What does the centre offer?
Office and work space to a high standard: hot desks, dedicated desks, cubicles, private offices and premium areas, plus meeting rooms by the hour.
Which desk plans are there?
Three: a dedicated desk, a hot desk and a cubicle.
Is there a loyalty discount?
From the fifth month: 5% from month 5, 10% from month 10, 15% from month 15.
Is there a discount for paying in advance?
8% for three months up front, 10% for six, 15% for twelve.
Are the lockable drawers paid?
Dedicated-desk and cubicle members get two free. Extra ones are rented.
Access and hours
When is the centre open?
24 hours, every day of the week.
When are the community managers in?
10:00–19:00, every day: on the floor, on tours and on the phone.
What is the internet speed?
300 Mbps.
Meeting rooms
What can I hold in a meeting room?
Seminars, exams, business meetings, counselling sessions, conversation clubs, film nights, team days, workshops. The rooms are fully equipped, each in its own design.
What sizes are there?
Rooms for 5, 8, 10–12, 16, 17, 30, 45 and up to 60 people.
What is in a room?
Fast internet, a Smart TV, smart ventilation and air conditioning, a whiteboard, a coat stand and a water dispenser.
Can guests book a room?
Yes, rooms are open to non-members by the hour.
Guests, printing and more
Can I receive guests?
Up to 3 a day, in a private office or a booked meeting room, not in the open area.
Is there a printer?
A black-and-white printer and a scanner, yes.
Can I rent a computer?
No; a monitor can be rented monthly.
Any partner discounts?
Yes. Members get discounts at partner cafés, education providers and other businesses (the current list is under Perks on the member portal), plus the loyalty and advance-payment discounts above.
