A coworking and technology centre in Baku, since 2019
Lotfi Zadeh Technology Center (LTC) is a coworking and technology centre in the heart of Baku, open since 2019. Desks, private offices and meeting rooms by the hour come together in one ecosystem for startups, freelancers, teams and companies. The centre carries the name of Lotfi Zadeh, the Azerbaijani scientist behind fuzzy logic who gave world science six major theories, and, like him, it believes in what happens when different minds share one place.
- 2019the year we opened
- 3,000m² of workspace
- 300+desks: hot, dedicated, cubicle
- 12meeting rooms, bookable by the hour
What we offer
The largest coworking centre in Azerbaijan: 300+ desks on 3,000 m², as hot desks, dedicated desks, cubicles and private offices. No need to lease a whole office: start with one desk, add space as the team grows, and come in whenever you like. The centre is open 24 hours, every day.
Meeting rooms are booked by the hour and open to members and guests alike: from a 4-seat meeting room to a 60-seat conference hall, each with a Smart TV, whiteboard, fast internet and smart air conditioning. A meeting, a training, an exam, a workshop, a pitch or a film night: pick the room, name the hour, the rest is on us.
300 Mbps internet, unlimited tea and coffee, printing and scanning, a legal address, lockable drawers and community managers on the floor every day: the administration is our job, not yours. And above all, a community: events, partner discounts, new contacts and joint projects.
What we believe in
- Our purpose
Put the right people in one place: when startups, freelancers and companies work side by side, new ideas, partnerships and customers follow. We contribute to Azerbaijan's startup ecosystem and connect the ideas born here to the global one.
- Simplicity
No long leases, hidden costs or paperwork. Start with one desk and change the plan when your needs change. Prices are public, terms are plain.
- Quality and safety
Fast internet, a clean and quiet floor, fully equipped meeting rooms and controlled access around the clock, so your place and your things are safe at night and at weekends too.
- Community
Community managers on the floor every day, regular events and meetups, partner discounts for members. This is not only a desk; it is people.
